How a walk works

  1. A file, not an account

    Each inspection is a packet file you send through Mail, Messages, or Files. There is no sign-up and no Wood Lab server holding the photos.

  2. Free for whoever walks the unit

    The tenant, a partner, or anyone helping opens the packet, photographs the rooms, and sends it back. That part stays free.

  3. One purchase for the landlord

    A one-time unlock ($19.99) creates more properties and inspections, removes the PDF watermark, and turns on your logo and move-in to move-out comparison. Not a subscription.

  4. The originals stay yours

    Photos are real JPEG files. The finished packet is a PDF plus that folder, on your devices and, on Apple, in your own iCloud.

Every page of the PDF says the packet is a condition record, not a repair request and not legal advice.
